Each individual is guided through a process of evaluation and prioritizing which enables her/him to begin narrowing the range of career paths best suited or most rewarding for her/his particular situation. Active participation on the part of the client is required throughout this phase. The individual will ultimately make the decision, taking responsibility for the choice of a career path. Within that framework, we are able to provide guidance and support to assist the client in arriving at that decision. The time required for this process varies from individual to individual, but may require from a few weeks to a few months depending on the nature and circumstances of the situation. At the end of that time, a rehabilitation plan is developed outlining the goal, the strategy by which to attain it, and any associated costs involved. |
